The Cardiff University Australian Rules Football Team welcomes male and female players of any ability and nationality. We play the great game of Australian Rules Football (AFL), a game that combines the agility and foot skills of soccer, with the physical contest and high scoring of rugby. Our teams have players ranging from those who have never touched a footy to those who have played nationally.

You’ll be playing as part of a team entered in the National University League playing the likes of Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge. There will also be opportunities to play for your national sides as well as Great Britain. And don’t forget, there will plenty of opportunities for tour, nationally and internationally!
